Data and technical information within the scope of petroleum exploration activities, protocols/agreements established with other institutions and european community projects are available at DGEG or at National Laboratory of Energy and Geology (LNEG) facilities:

 

2D Seismic - Within the concessions awarded, approximately 72600 km of seismic were acquired (Field data, processed and reprocessed):

 

 5,865 km onshore

 

 67,009 Km offshore

 

3D seismic - Since 2010, approximately 10,372 km² of 3D seismic have been acquired (Field and processed data)

 

 580 km² onshore

 

 9,752 Km² offshore

 

Exploration Wells  - Since 1938, 175 wells have been carried out. Of these, 117 had evidence of hydrocarbons and in 27 production tests were carried out:

 

 - Final reports;

 

 - Electrical wireline logs;

 

 - Velocity ​​data;

 

 - Geochemistry reports;

 

 - Biostratigraphy reports;

 

 - Cores and cuttings;

 

 - Thin sections and micropaleontology cells;

 

 - Petroleum samples and formation tests.

 

Marine Sediment Sampling Campaign - 57 locations sampled for geochemical analysis, thermal flow measurement and dating. Samples and reports.

 

Gravity - Data and reports, Grids and Images, 2D& 3D processing, Bouguer correction and anomaly filtering.

 

Magnetism - Data and reports.

 

Aeromagnetism - About 26,086 km acquired.

 

Evaluation Reports - Submitted by concessionaires/licensees within the scope of their activities.

 

Other reports - Reports produced under European protocols and projects.
