The industrial facilities intended to benefit the extracted mineral masses are subject to the specific industrial licensing system called Responsible Industry System (SIR), Decree-Law nº 73/2015.

 

 

In the context of mineral masses, the DGEG is the coordinating entity for the licensing of industrial establishments whose main activity is the following CAE's:

The formalization of the application is made in the electronic portal available in the "Entrepreneurs´s Desk".
