Exploitation Royalties
An exploitation fee is due for the exploitation of mineral deposits, taking into account the quality and/or ore content and value of the extracted minerals.
The mining fees calculation method is based on the type of minerals extracted and on one or more of the following factors:
- Fixed annual fee;
- Tonnage of minerals sold or consumed;
- Net exploitation results;
- International stock exchange prices;
- Reference price set each year by decision of the General Director:
- Sales value
