Granted Rights
The mineral deposits exploration granted contracts in force may be consulted in the area of Exploration contracts in force.
The obligations of the exploration rights holders include, among others, the following:

Work Program |
The exploration rights holders must submit work programs to the General Directorate for approval, with the frequency that the law and the contract will stipulate. |

Exploration Reports |
The exploration rights holders must send the General Directorate, reports on their activities, at a frequency established by law and by contract, and also provide it with all the information that is directly and specifically requested of them. |
